All in favor. <br /> <br />Davidson adjourned the meeting. <br /> <br />Davidson called the meeting back to order. <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, reported that at the executive session, Council discussed the <br />pending lawsuit of Flagstaff Enterprises Construction, Inc., versus City of Louisville, <br />which is pending in the Boulder County District Court. In particular, Council discussed <br />the upcoming trial on the case and tomorrow's mediation, which is separate. <br /> <br />OTHER REGULAR BUSINESS ITEMS ARISING AFTER PREPARATION OF <br /> AGENDA <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, reported that the new Louisville Municipal Codes have <br />arrived. He stated that he would begin the process at an upcoming Council meeting to <br />adopt the codes by reference. The books are available in the Deputy City Clerk's office. <br />He cautioned Council that the Code is not finally effective until adopted by an Ordinance. <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br /> <br />Bill Simmons, City Administrator, stated that Council approved a contract of sale for <br />which Boulder County is to purchase the thirty-three acre Admor west parcel along <br />Dillon Road. The document stated that it did not come with any water rights. Boulder <br />County will not purchase any open space that does not come with water rights. He <br />explained that when the City originally purchased the property, there were water rights <br />that were applied to the east parcel and water rights that remained, it was assumed, for the <br />west parcel.
