REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />PUBLIC HEARING - APPLICATION FOR PERMIT OF A LIVE MUSICAL <br />PERFORMANCE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA <br />(advertised Daily Camera 6/26/99) <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff presentation. <br /> <br />Meredyth Muth, Community Facilitator, stated that Chapter 9.40 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code requires an application for permit and a public hearing for amplified or <br />live music on private property in a residential area. She explained that Donna Chishom- <br />Buetel has requested such a permit for July 24, 1999, from 6:30 - 11:30 p.m., at 2183 <br />Cliffrose Lane. All neighbors within a 200-foot radius of the performance site have been <br />notified of the performance date and the public hearing. <br /> <br />Davidson opened the public hearing and called for anyone in the audience wishing to <br />speak on the application for permit of a live musical performance in a residential area. <br /> <br />NONE <br /> <br />Davidson closed the public hearing. He suggested that Council modify the Ordinance to <br />allow for administrative approval of these permits when the neighbors are not objecting. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Sisk moved that Council approve the Application For Permit Of A Live Musical <br />Performance In A Residential Area for a performance on July 24, 1999, seconded by <br />Lathrop. All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 33, SERIES 1999 - A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A <br />PETITION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE - Warembourg Ranch - Public Hearing (Advertised Daily Camera <br />6/5/99, 6/12/99, 6/19/99, 6/26/99) <br /> <br />Lathrop requested to be excused from Agenda Items 6B, C, D, & E. He stated that he will <br />not participate in the discussions, nor will he vote on the Warembourg Ranch Agenda <br />items. <br /> <br />Davidson excused Lathrop from Agenda Items 6B, C, D, & E, and called for staff <br />presentation. <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, stated that Council has four items concerning the Warembourg <br />Property Annexation and Zoning.
