This indemnification obligation shall survive the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. I SECTION 11 Q. INSURANCE. CCTV shall maintain in full force and effect at all times during the term of this Agreement insurance as required by this Section. The cost of such insurance shall be bome by CCTV and shall be included in CCTV's annual budget. The insurance coverage required under this Agreement constitutes minimum requirements, and CCTV shall not be relieved of any liability, claims, demands, or other obligations assumed pursuant to this Agreement by reason of its failure to procure or maintain insurance, or by reason of its failure to procure or maintain insurance in sufficient amounts, durations, or types. CCTV shall procure and maintain, at its own expense and cost, any additional kinds and amounts of insurance that, in its judgment, may be necessary for its proper protection in the prosecution of the services hereunder. A. COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY INSURANCE. Comprehensive liability insurance, including protective, completed operations and broad form contractual liability, property damage and personal injury coverage, and comprehensive automobile liability including owned, hired, and non-owned automobile coverage. The minimum limits of such coverage shall be: (1) bodily injury including death, $150,000 for each person, each occurrence and $600,000 aggregate; (2) property damage, $1,000,000 for each occurrence and aggregate. B. EQUIPMENT AND FACILITY INSURANCE. C, WORKERS' COMPENSATION. If at any time during the term of this Agreement CCTV employs any worker or workers to perform services under this Agreement CCTV shall maintain Workers' Compensation insurance to cover obligations imposed by the Workers' Compensation Act of Colorado and any other applicable laws for any such employee engaged in the performance of work tmder this Agreement. Evidence of qualified exemption or self-insured status may be substituted. The minimum limits of such coverage shall be as required by Colorado law and such insurance shall be placed ''lith an insurance carrier satisfactory to the City. 8
