This indemnification obligation shall survive the expiration or <br /> earlier termination of this Agreement. <br /> I SECTION 11 Q. INSURANCE. CCTV shall maintain in full force and effect at all times <br /> during the term of this Agreement insurance as required by this Section. The cost of such <br /> insurance shall be bome by CCTV and shall be included in CCTV's annual budget. The <br /> insurance coverage required under this Agreement constitutes minimum requirements, and <br /> CCTV shall not be relieved of any liability, claims, demands, or other obligations assumed <br /> pursuant to this Agreement by reason of its failure to procure or maintain insurance, or by reason <br /> of its failure to procure or maintain insurance in sufficient amounts, durations, or types. CCTV <br /> shall procure and maintain, at its own expense and cost, any additional kinds and amounts of <br /> insurance that, in its judgment, may be necessary for its proper protection in the prosecution of <br /> the services hereunder. <br /> A. COMPREHENSIVE LIABILITY INSURANCE. Comprehensive liability <br /> insurance, including protective, completed operations and broad form contractual liability, <br /> property damage and personal injury coverage, and comprehensive automobile liability including <br /> owned, hired, and non-owned automobile coverage. The minimum limits of such coverage shall <br /> be: (1) bodily injury including death, $150,000 for each person, each occurrence and $600,000 <br /> aggregate; (2) property damage, $1,000,000 for each occurrence and aggregate. <br /> B. EQUIPMENT AND FACILITY INSURANCE. If at any time during the term of this <br /> Agreement CCTV employs any worker or workers to perform services under this Agreement <br /> CCTV shall maintain Workers' Compensation insurance to cover obligations imposed by the <br /> Workers' Compensation Act of Colorado and any other applicable laws for any such employee <br /> engaged in the performance of work tmder this Agreement. Evidence of qualified exemption or <br /> self-insured status may be substituted. The minimum limits of such coverage shall be as required <br /> by Colorado law and such insurance shall be placed ''lith an insurance carrier satisfactory to the <br /> City. <br /> 8 <br />
