<br /> 17.24.110 Maximum Number of Signs Allowed <br /> The following shall be the maximum number of signs allowed <br /> in the applicable district: <br /> l. A, all residential districts, 0: one sign per <br /> lot street frontage. <br /> 2. For C-N, C-B, C-C, I: one ground sign per use <br /> and per street or building frontage, unless <br /> specified differently on the approved planned <br /> unit development plan. <br /> 3. An increase in the maximum number of signs <br /> allowed for any district shall be allowed only <br /> upon approval by the Planning Commission. <br /> 17.24.120 Ground Signs <br /> No portion of any ground signs shall be located closer <br /> than 10 feet to any property line. <br /> 17.24.130 Projecting Signs <br /> No sign shall project over public property more than two <br /> feet beyond the property line. No sign shall project over private <br /> property more than 6 feet from the face of the building and shall not <br /> project more than two feet beyond the minimum clearance above the <br /> sidewalk or public place of eight feet. Any end panel of a projecting <br /> sign shall be counted as a face of the sign and shall be included in <br /> the area of that sign if said end panel is more than one foot in <br /> width. Not more than one projecting sign shall be permitted on each <br /> face of a building adjacent to a street. <br /> 17.24.140 Suspended Signs <br /> All suspended signs shall have a minimum clearance above <br /> the sidewalk of eight feet and shall not project beyond the outside <br /> limits of the architectural projection to which they are attached. <br /> 17.24.150 Wall Signs <br /> A wall sign may have a minimum square footage of 16 square <br /> feet. <br /> 17.24.160 vVindow Signs <br /> When a permanent or temporary non-illuminated sign is <br /> displayed in a window and is visible beyond the boundaries of the lot <br /> upon which the sign is displayed, the area of such window sign shall <br /> -13-- <br />
