<br /> during the period the license is valid. <br /> B. It shall be the duty of each and every person to whom <br /> a license has been issued by the City to exhibit the license upon <br /> the request of any law enforcement officer, inspector, or other <br /> officer of the City. <br /> 5.04.100 Fee - Credit Given for Other Fees Paid <br /> Any person licensed or franchised under other provisions <br /> of this Code or Statutes of the State, shall be credited for the <br /> amount of any such fees paid thereunder against the fee provided <br /> in section 5.04.080. If the license fee paid under such other <br /> provisions equals or exceeds $10.00, then no license fee shall be <br /> charged by the City Clerk under this section. <br /> 5.04.110 Legal Action for Failure to Pay Fee <br /> The amount of any license fee imposed by section 5.04.080 <br /> shall be deemed a debt to the City, any person carrying on any <br /> lawful business in the City without having a license from the City <br /> to do so shall be subject to an action in the name of the City ln <br /> any court of competent jurisdiction for the collection of the amount <br /> of license fee imposed on such business. <br /> 5.04.120 Revocation <br /> The City Council upon seven days written notice to a <br /> licensee, stating the contemplated action and in general the grounds <br /> therefor, and after a reasonable opportunity for the licensee to be <br /> heard, may revoke any license issued by the City if it finds that: <br /> A. The licensee has failed to pay the annual license fee; <br /> B. The licensee has failed to file any reports or furnish <br /> any other information that may be required by the provisions relating <br /> to the specific license; <br /> C. The licensee has violated any of the terms of the <br /> provisions pertaining to his license, or any regulation or order <br /> lawfully made relating thereto; or, <br /> D. Any fact or condition exists which, if it had existed <br /> or had been known to exist at the time of the application for th e <br /> license, would have warranted the refusal of the issuance of the <br /> license. <br /> -10- <br />
