<br /> 5.04.130 Conviction Not to Exempt Person From <br /> Payment of Fee <br /> The conviction and punishment of any person for trans- <br /> acting any business without a license shall not excuse or exempt <br /> such person from the payment of such licensee tax due or unpaid at <br /> the time of such conviction. Nothing in this section shall prevent <br /> a criminal prosecution for any violation of the provisions of this <br /> chapter. <br /> 5.04.140 Each Day's Violation Deemed Separate Offense <br /> The carrying on of any business, profession, vocation, or <br /> occupation as provided in this chapter, without first having procured <br /> a license from the City to do so, or without complying with any and <br /> all regulations of such business, profession, vocation, or occupation <br /> contained in this chapter, shall be deemed a separate violation of <br /> this chapter for each and every day that such business, profession, <br /> vocation, or occupation is carried on. <br /> 5.12.160 'rerm and Renewal <br /> Contractor's license or registration issued under the <br /> provisions of section 5.12.080 through 5.12.350 shall terminate on <br /> the last day of the calendar year in which it was issued, and maybe <br /> renewed any time prior to the expiration date by payment of the <br /> annual license fee prescribed by section 5.12.330. <br /> 5.12.190 Insurance Requirements <br /> A. Every contractor granted a license or registration <br /> under the terms of section 5.12.080 through 5.12.350 shall be required <br /> to maintain at all times employee's liability and public liability <br /> insurance with minimum limits of net less than $100,000.00 for one <br /> person, and $300,000.00 for anyone accident, and property damage <br /> insurance with a minimum limit of not less than $25,000.00 for any <br /> one accident. <br /> 5.12.210(C) (4) Group M - Unlimited <br /> There is no limit on the number of additional alterations <br /> or remodeling of the group occupancies mentioned in this sub-section; <br /> provided, however, that the sum total of the additions to group B-2 <br /> occupancies does not exceed 1,000 square feet, and that the sum of <br /> additions to group R-l occupancies does not exceed 2,000 square feet <br /> during any calendar year.
