<br /> A new application for a license shall be made by the new owner or <br /> operator. A public hearing may be required prior to issuing the <br /> license required by transfer of sale to determine if the applicant <br /> is of good moral character and reputation. <br /> 5.16.120 Renewal of License <br /> Application for the renewal of an existing license shall <br /> be made to the City Council not less than 45 days prior to the date <br /> of expiration of the existing license. The City Council may cause <br /> a hearing on the application to be held. No such renewal hearing <br /> shall be held until a notice of hearing has been conspicuously posted <br /> on the licensed premises for a period of 10 days and notice of the <br /> hearing has been provided the applicant at least 10 days prior to <br /> the hearing. The City Council may refuse to renew any license for <br /> good cause shown. <br /> 5.16.130 License Fees <br /> The license fee for a massage parlor establishment shall <br /> be $750.00 for each calendar year. The license fee for a massage <br /> therapist shall be $150.00 for each calendar year. The renewal fee <br /> for a massage parlor license shall be $150.00. <br /> 6.04.020 Riding or Driving on Streets Prohibited <br /> No person shall willfully ride or drive any animal or <br /> animals other than household pets upon any sidewalk or through any <br /> city park, unless clearly posted to allow such riding. <br /> 6.08.020 Poisoning Animals Deemed Unlawful <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to poison any dog, <br /> cat or other domestic pets, or to distribute poison in any manner <br /> whatever with the intent or for the purpose of poisoning any dog, <br /> cat or other domestic pets. <br /> 6.12.080 Dog Catcher - Code <br /> Enforcement Officer Designated <br /> The Director of Public Safety may appoint a person to serve <br /> as Code Enforcement Officer and may appoint such assistance thereto <br /> if he deems necessary. Such Code Enforcement Officer shall serve as <br /> the City Dog Catcher. <br /> -13- <br />
