resolution involving an appropriation of funds or an appointment to a position, the Clerk shall call the roll and the vote thereon shall be taken and recorded by yeas and nays. 2.60.010 Created A Planning Commission for the City is created pursuant to Title 31, Article 23, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973. 2.60.050 Powers and Duties The Planning Commission shall have all the powers, and perform each and all of the duties specified by Title 31, Article 23, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, together with any other duties or authorities which may hereafter be conferred upon them by the laws of the State or by the Ordinances of the City. Performance of such duties and the exercise of such authority is to be subject to each and all of the limitations expressed in such legislative enactment or enactments. 2.64.030 Board of Trustees - Powers and Duties The Board of Trustees shall have all the powers and duties that are granted by C.R.S. 1973, ~24-90-109, as amended. 2.72.030 Payroll Deduction The Finance Director is authorized to establish a system of payroll deduction to be matched by payments by the City to be made into the contribution fund of the Social Security Act through the State Department of Employment Security, and to make charges of this tax to the fund, or funds, which wage or salary payments are issued to employees of the City. Such payments are to be made ln accordance with the provisions of Section 1400 of the Federal Insurance Contribution Act and all services which constitute employment within the meaning of the act. 2.76.020 Administration The administration and supervision of the Louisville Cemetery shall be by the direction of the Director of Community Services, who shall employ such other persons as may be necessary for the care and maintenance of the Louisville Cemetery. -3-
