<br /> resolution involving an appropriation of funds or an appointment to <br /> a position, the Clerk shall call the roll and the vote thereon shall <br /> be taken and recorded by yeas and nays. <br /> 2.60.010 Created <br /> A Planning Commission for the City is created pursuant to <br /> Title 31, Article 23, Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973. <br /> 2.60.050 Powers and Duties <br /> The Planning Commission shall have all the powers, and <br /> perform each and all of the duties specified by Title 31, Article 23, <br /> of the Colorado Revised Statutes, 1973, together with any other duties <br /> or authorities which may hereafter be conferred upon them by the laws <br /> of the State or by the Ordinances of the City. Performance of such <br /> duties and the exercise of such authority is to be subject to each <br /> and all of the limitations expressed in such legislative enactment <br /> or enactments. <br /> 2.64.030 Board of Trustees - Powers and Duties <br /> The Board of Trustees shall have all the powers and duties <br /> that are granted by C.R.S. 1973, ~24-90-109, as amended. <br /> 2.72.030 Payroll Deduction <br /> The Finance Director is authorized to establish a system <br /> of payroll deduction to be matched by payments by the City to be <br /> made into the contribution fund of the Social Security Act through <br /> the State Department of Employment Security, and to make charges of <br /> this tax to the fund, or funds, which wage or salary payments are <br /> issued to employees of the City. Such payments are to be made ln <br /> accordance with the provisions of Section 1400 of the Federal Insurance <br /> Contribution Act and all services which constitute employment within <br /> the meaning of the act. <br /> 2.76.020 Administration <br /> The administration and supervision of the Louisville <br /> Cemetery shall be by the direction of the Director of Community <br /> Services, who shall employ such other persons as may be necessary <br /> for the care and maintenance of the Louisville Cemetery. <br /> -3- <br />
