<br /> 2.76.030 Duties of Administration <br /> It shall be the duty of the Director of Community Services, <br /> or persons appointed by him, to insure that the rules and regulations <br /> governing the cemetery are followed and adhered to. <br /> 2.76.040 Maps and Records - Burial Permits <br /> A. The Director of Community Services shall require applica- <br /> tion for all burial permits to be made before the funeral. <br /> B. It shall be the duty of the Director of Community <br /> Services to keep a map of the records of the cemetery, and to issue <br /> required burial permits. <br /> C. No permits shall be issued without the name and address <br /> of the lot owner, and the lot and block number for which application <br /> is made. <br /> D. All burial permits shall be issued by the Director of <br /> Community Services and shall give the lot and block number for burial. <br /> 2.76.100 Interments <br /> Application and permission for interment, interment <br /> charges and payment, and permissible use of burial space shall be <br /> governed by the rules and regulations of the cemetery. It shall be <br /> conclusively presumed, unless written notification to the contrary <br /> is filed with the Director of Community Services, that any space <br /> purchased in the City's cemetery is being acquired for family use; <br /> and the City shall have the right upon the receipt of written <br /> permission from the record owner of said lot to allow interment in <br /> such space of any member of the family of the owner. <br /> 3.04.080 Deposits and Investments <br /> The following banks are designated as depositories for <br /> moneys and funds of the City: The First National Bank of Louisville; <br /> Louisville State Bank; Sun Savings and Loan Association; and First <br /> Federal Savings and Loan Association; and such other responsible <br /> banks located within the State which may hereafter be approved and <br /> designated by written resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of <br /> the City Council according to law. The Director of Finance shall <br /> deposit all city funds in the name of the treasurer in one or more <br /> of said banks as may from time to time be directed by the City <br /> Administrator. <br /> -4- <br />
