Blackwood replied that, commonly, the right-of-way dedications required for <br />developments that are adjacent to roads such as Dillon Road have always been included <br />in the overall ownership and then pulled out as a dedication. She agreed to review the <br />records to ensure that the Bowes family owns the right-of-way area. <br /> <br />Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 52, Series 1999 - A Resolution <br />Finding Substantial Compliance of An Annexation Petition Filed with the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado, Known as the Bowes Annexation, and Setting a Public Hearing <br />Thereon for December 7, 1999, seconded by Sisk. <br /> <br />All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE No. 1311, SERIES 1999 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE PROHIBITING SOLICITATION ON OR NEAR PUBLIC <br />STREETS OR HIGHWAYS 1st reading - set public hearing 11/3/99 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />Sam Light, City Attorney, read by title only Ordinance No. 1311, Series 1999 - An <br />Ordinance of the City of Louisville Prohibiting Solicitation on or Near Public Streets or <br />Highways. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Mayer moved that Council set Ordinance No. 1311, Series 1999 - An Ordinance of the <br />City of Louisville Prohibiting Solicitation on or Near Public Streets or Highways out for <br />publication and set the public hearing for November 3, 1999, seconded by Howard. Light explained that there is an option in the first reading draft ordinance which <br />includes the potential for increased penalties not only for speeding but also for all other <br />types of moving traffic violations in school zones. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br /> <br />
