Sec. 5.08.040. Fees Application and registration fees. <br /> License application, registration, permit, fingerprinting, transfer and other <br /> fees shall be paid to the city for liquor licenses in accordance with fees established by <br /> resolution of the city council. <br /> Section 4. Section 5.08.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br /> reenacted to read in full as follows: <br /> Sec. 5.08.050. Fees License fees designated for each class of license. <br /> License fees shall be paid to the city annually, in advance, based on premises <br /> located within the city. Fees for the various classes of licenses shall be as established <br /> by resolution of the city council. <br /> Section 5. Section 5.08.070 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br /> reenacted to read in full as follows: <br /> Sec. 5.08.070. Special event permits; fees. <br /> The application, permit and other fees for special event permits shall be as <br /> established by resolution of the city council. <br /> Section 6. Section 5.1O.O6O.A of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): <br /> Sec. 5.10.060. Application and fee. <br /> A. A person seeking a license or renewal of a license issued pursuant to this <br /> chapter shall submit an application to the local licensing authority on forms provided by the <br /> city. At the time of application for a new license, the applicant shall pay a non refundable <br /> application fee in the amount as established by resolution of the city council of Three <br /> Thousand Dollars ($3,000) to defray the costs incurred by the city for processing the <br /> application. A fee in the amount established by resolution of the city council-of-One <br /> Hundred Dollars ($100) may be charged for the costs of each fingerprint analysis and <br /> background investigation undertaken to qualify new applicants, managers, employees, and <br /> other persons required to be qualified pursuant to this chapter. In addition, the applicant shall <br /> provide one (1) of the following forms of identification: <br /> 1. an identification card issued in accordance with C.R.S. 42 -2 -302; <br /> 2. a valid state driver's license; <br /> 3. a valid driver's license containing a picture issued by another state; <br /> Ordinance No. 1594, Series 2011 <br /> Page 2 of 15 <br />
