HistoricalCommission <br />Minutes <br />June 15, 2011 <br />Page 3of 3 <br />F.Commission Comments: <br />There were no additional comments. <br />G.Close Advisory Board Meeting <br />. <br />VI.Meeting as Fundraising Boardfor the Historical Museum <br />A.Presentation of the Treasurer’s Budget: <br />Dave Ferguson presented the following report, <br />which the Commission approved: <br />Previous Balance$10,098.08 <br />Expenses$936.18 <br />Receipts$1,749.00 <br />Checking$9,161.90 <br />Savings$11,770.13 <br />CD$25,093.67 <br />Total$46,029.70 <br />B.Membership Statistics and fundraising update. <br />Dan Mellish stated that hewould liketo <br />extend the benefits provided to BusinessSponsors by listing them with their logos on the <br />Museum’s web site in addition topublicizing their names in the Louisville Historian.Bridget <br />Bacon stated that she would check to make sure that this would be in compliance with the <br />approved use of the City’s website, which the Museum web pages are part of. <br />C.Approval of expenses <br />.$82.73 was approved for the re-order of 20 copies of the DVD <br />“Louisville”from People Productions. The Commission decided to lower the selling price for <br />these DVDs to $10 each from $12. <br />D.Commission Comments. <br />There were no additional comments. <br />E.Adjourn, 8:15p.m.The next meeting is Wednesday, July 20 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />
