Centering the sign will provide better visibility from 96 <br />street and a longer distance for drivers to prepare to turn into the complex. <br />The Tennis Center requests a 60 sq ft sign size limit to afford better visibility <br />th <br />along 96 street. <br />8.Parking Spaces <br />There is no published standard for the number of parking spaces required for a <br />tennis club. The Tennis Center plan includes 3 spaces per court (half singles/half <br />doubles) plus 75% of staff and employees. <br />9.Sidewalk Paralleling Bike Path <br /> The Tennis Center requests that the eastern most sidewalk on Road B where it <br />parallels the bike path be deleted.
