He thanked Council and was available to answer any questions. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Council comments and questions. <br /> <br />Sisk asked Chess who would be responsible for the completion of Hecla Way. <br /> <br />Chess replied the owner of South Boulder Road Development Corporation woUld be <br />responsible. <br /> <br />Sisk asked how City Council would know that the developer would comply with the <br />requirement to complete Hecla Way. <br /> <br />Chess replied that they have submitted a letter of compliance from the owner of South <br />Boulder Road Development Corporation. <br /> <br />Sisk asked Chess when they anticipate finishing the building. <br /> <br />Chess replied they anticipate the building would be finished in April 2000. <br /> <br /> Sisk asked Bob Breseny, president of South Boulder Road Corporation, when he <br /> anticipates completing Hecla Way. <br /> <br />Bob Bresney, 913 Main, Louisville, president of South Boulder Road Corporation replied <br />that they would be bonding the project with a letter of credit. <br /> <br /> Sisk questioned what would happen if the building is completed prior to the completion <br /> of Hecla Way. <br /> <br /> Bob Bresney replied that he expects the road to be complete before the building is ready <br /> for a certificate of occupancy. <br /> <br /> Bob Soss, Architect with TSP, explained that the owner understands there are some risks <br /> and is willing to take on those risks. <br /> <br /> Mayer thanked the applicant for the amount of building articulation. He expressed <br /> concern that the island on the west side of the property appears to be only sixteen to <br /> seventeen feet wide and not twenty feet wide, as shown on the plans. <br /> <br /> Chess replied that it is almost twenty feet wide. <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> <br />
