<br />minimum setbacks for the site and provided that they meet the required <br />setback from residential lots in 4.c. <br /> <br />b. New ATS shall not exceed the minimum primary structure setbacks <br />as established by the zoning district or permitted in the approved Final <br />PUD for the property, whichever is applicable, and provided that they <br />meet the required setback from residential lots in 4.c. <br /> <br />c. The minimum setback from single-family residential property lines for <br />all A TS is 100 feet. <br /> <br />S. Ground Mounted Mechanical Units for ATS CMRS Facilities. <br /> <br />a. Noise generated from CMRS facility mechanical units or any <br />proposed auxiliary power for said units shall be muted by appropriate <br />noise control devices. Noise generated from mechanical units shall not <br />be audible at the property line of the CMRS facility site. <br /> <br />b. Mechanical support equipment associated with a CMRS facility <br />utilizing an A TS shall be fully screened by an enclosure that is consistent <br />with the character of surrounding property or development. Depending <br />on the visibility of the proposed location for mechanical support units, <br />this may require that the enclosure for the units be housed underground, <br />or in the A TS itself. <br /> <br />c. Enclosures for mechanical support equipment shall meet the accessory <br />structure setback requirements for the zoning district or the accessory <br />structure setback requirements established through a Final PUD <br />Development Plan for the site, whichever is applicable. <br /> <br />d. All mechanical units shall be buffered from streets and pedestrian <br />areas with heavy landscaping to include a mix of evergreen and <br />deciduous shrubs and evergreen trees, as determined necessary by the <br />City and! or architectural screens. <br /> <br />e. No chain-link fencing, other open fencing or barbed wire fencing will <br />be allowed. <br /> <br />6. Parkin~ and Access. Parking and access for an ATS site shall meet the <br />standards established in Section 17.42.030.B.9. <br /> <br />7. Antenna DesiiPl. In addition to the design standards established in Section <br />17.42.030.B, antennae on ATS shall be designed to be either enclosed by the <br />A TS, or integrated into the design such that the visual appearance of the <br />antennae is consistent with the structure to which it is attached. <br /> <br />10 <br />
