<br />3. A consistent screening method shall be submitted and approved for future <br />enclosures. <br /> <br />4. The requirement is SectioIl17.42.030.B.8.a and b shall also apply. <br /> <br />E. Parking and Access. The requirements of Section 17.42.030.B.9 shall apply. <br /> <br />F. Review Process. <br /> <br />1. A Special Review Use application process will be required for the initial <br />construction of a co-location site. <br /> <br />2. To provide additional incentive for the construction and use of co-location <br />facilities, the installation of additional CMRS facilities on an existing co- <br />location site may be approved through an administrative review if the proposal <br />meets the general design requirements of this Chapter, and the specific <br />requirements approved in the initial site approval. <br /> <br />17.42.060. Application Submittal ReQUirements. The following application <br />submittal materials are required for all CMRS facilities. The following application <br />requirements take precedence over the application requirements set forth in 17.40.020. The <br />Director may waive anyone or more of these requirements if the Director determines such <br />requirement(s) are not necessary under the particular circumstances. Contact the Planning <br />Division for the quantity of plans to be submitted. <br /> <br />A. A scaled site plan indicating the location and type of proposed CMRS facility and <br />any associated structures, and screening materials. The site plan should include all <br />existing and proposed improvements on the property, including the proposed access to <br />the new facility and any existing or proposed site lighting and parking to serve the <br />CMRS facility. The site plan shall indicate proposed setbacks from adjacent property <br />and roadways. <br /> <br />B. A vicinity map showing adjacent roadways and property within 1,000 feet of the <br />subject property. This map shall show zoning and land uses on the subject property <br />and surrounding property, other existing facilities and topographical contours. <br /> <br />c. Elevation drawings of the proposed antennae and support structure, including <br />elevation drawings of any enclosures or fencing proposed. Details of any lighting <br />fixtures should also be included. A description of the tower design with technical <br />reasons for the design shall also be provided. <br /> <br />D. A detailed landscape and grading plan indicating existing and proposed plant <br />materials, and existing and proposed grading. <br /> <br />E. A legal description of the property, and the street address. <br /> <br />12 <br />
