<br />8. Any exceptions to the height requirements stated in this Chapter may be <br />granted only through the applicable PUD or variance process. <br /> <br />9. Other types of facilities not specifically addressed by these regulations shall <br />be designed and sited to comply with the intent of these regulations and the <br />Special Review Use criteria. <br /> <br />10. Any modifications to a property proposed for siting of a CMRS facility <br />application shall not cause the site to go below the minimum landscape coverage <br />required through either an approved Final PUD or that established through <br />Chapter 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br /> <br />B. Standards for Building Mounted CMRS Facilities. <br /> <br />1. No CMRS facilities shall be mounted to single-family or multi-family <br />residential structures. Antennae may be allowed on existing or proposed public. <br />institutional. commercial or industrial structures if in compliance with the <br />design standards in this and other applicable sections of this Chapter. The <br />minimum setback from residential property lines for all building mounted <br />CMRS facilities is 100 feet. <br /> <br />2. All antennae and equipment enclosures shall be designed to be architecturally <br />compatible. including color. t.exture. and scale. with the building or structure to <br />which they are attached, subject to the approval of the City. <br /> <br />3. When locating a CMRS facility on a building or roof where there are <br />existing facilities, the proposal shall be designed such that a similar method of <br />architectural design and screening is used for all facilities. Refer to section <br />17.42.040 for additional requirements for co-location. <br /> <br />4. Wall mounted panel antennae. <br /> <br />a. Wall mounted panel antennae shall not extend above the building wall <br />or parapet to which they are mounted. Administrative review is <br />available for applications meeting this and other applicable design <br />requirements. <br /> <br />b. Wall mounted panel antennae shall be mounted as flush with the <br />exterior wall as possible. but in no event shall extend more than 12- <br />inches from the wall at the base nor more than 24-inches from the wall <br />at the top of the antenna. <br /> <br />c. Wall mounted panel antennae shall not exceed the maximum building <br />height for the zoning district unless a height exception for the building <br />has been granted by the City through either a variance or PUD approval <br />process. and provided the standards for such process are met. <br /> <br />5 <br />
