No chain-link fencing, other open fencing or barbed wire
fencing will be allowed.

5. Ground mounted mechanical units and/or the enclosure for
such units shall meet the accessory structure setback requirements
for the underlying zoning district or, in the event of a PUD, the
setbacks set forth in the Final PUD Development Plan for the
property .

c. Roof mounted mechanical units.

1. Roof mounted mechanical units shall be set back from
perimeter building walls to minimize the visual exposure of the
units from adjacent buildings and property, streets and sidewalks.

2. The units shall be fully screened with material consistent with
building architecture or other existing rooftop screening material.

3. The required screening shall not exceed the height of the
existing parapet or other existing mechanical unit screening
devices.

9. Parking and Access.

a. When full-time personnel are required to maintain the CMRS facility,
additional parking shall be provided on the site to meet the CMRS
facility's needs.

b. When maintenance or servicing is required only on an infrequent
basis (regularly scheduled visits once per week or less), then no
additional parking shall be required.

c. When mechanical support units are ground mounted, their location
shall not require the removal of parking areas unless the City determines
that the location meets the other design standards in this Chapter, and
the removal of parking will leave the property with sufficient parking for
other existing and future uses on the site.

E.
