<br />3. Screen walls and fences shall be compatible with the adjacent <br />building architecture and their appearance softened with <br />landscape materials to include a mix of evergreen and deciduous <br />shrubs and evergreen trees, as determined necessary by the City. <br />The design and materials for walls and fences shall comply with <br />Section 6.1 of the CDDSG. <br /> <br />4. No chain-link fencing, other open fencing or barbed wire <br />fencing will be allowed. <br /> <br />5. Ground mounted mechanical units and/or the enclosure for <br />such units shall meet the accessory structure setback requirements <br />for the underlying zoning district or, in the event of a PUD, the <br />setbacks set forth in the Final PUD Development Plan for the <br />property . <br /> <br />c. Roof mounted mechanical units. <br /> <br />1. Roof mounted mechanical units shall be set back from <br />perimeter building walls to minimize the visual exposure of the <br />units from adjacent buildings and property, streets and sidewalks. <br /> <br />2. The units shall be fully screened with material consistent with <br />building architecture or other existing rooftop screening material. <br /> <br />3. The required screening shall not exceed the height of the <br />existing parapet or other existing mechanical unit screening <br />devices. <br /> <br />9. Parking and Access. <br /> <br />a. When full-time personnel are required to maintain the CMRS facility, <br />additional parking shall be provided on the site to meet the CMRS <br />facility's needs. <br /> <br />b. When maintenance or servicing is required only on an infrequent <br />basis (regularly scheduled visits once per week or less), then no <br />additional parking shall be required. <br /> <br />c. When mechanical support units are ground mounted, their location <br />shall not require the removal of parking areas unless the City determines <br />that the location meets the other design standards in this Chapter, and <br />the removal of parking will leave the property with sufficient parking for <br />other existing and future uses on the site. <br /> <br />E.
