Sanitas Skincare /Rocky <br /> Mountain Natural Labs intends to locate in unfinished space at the Gaiam <br /> complex on South Boulder Road. <br /> Money Magazine —The 2011 ranking will be announced in mid- August. <br /> Educause has leased 18,000 square feet in Centennial Valley at 282 Century. <br /> King Soopers. The City issued a building permit for $1.8 million of improvements, <br /> including an interior remodel and exterior elevation changes. <br /> Fork is a new Downtown dining concept located in the 600 block of Main Street <br /> and will have an open house on August 14. <br /> Two new firms, R.M.C.S. and J3 Engineering Consulting, have moved to the <br /> second floor of the old Library. The building is now completely full. <br /> Other cities visit Louisville to study a successful Downtown business model. <br /> Centennial Merchants Group has elected a temporary board and adopted <br /> bylaws. She recommended Council include a seat on the BRaD Committee for <br /> the Centennial Merchants Group. <br /> There was Council consensus to formally add a member of the Centennial Merchants <br /> Group to the BRaD Committee. <br /> 2011 CITY MANAGER'S GOALS /QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT <br /> City Manager Fleming reviewed the list of goals intended to identify specific projects or <br /> activities above and beyond the normal level of services, which staff intends to <br /> accomplish during the year.
