<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />June 5, 2007 <br />Page 12 of 14 <br />Council member Yarnell voicl~d her overall approval of the project, but shared <br />Council member Muckle's re8ervation on the modern architecture. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Brown commended the applicant on the project and stated it <br />would assist in fostering the downtown area. <br /> <br />Council member Marsella voiced her support of the project and for the requested <br />relief. She stated the project is very pedestrian friendly. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk voiced his appreciation to the applicant for bringing this project <br />forward. Council member Sackett also supported the project. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayor Pro Tem Brown moved to approve Resolution No. 28, Series <br />2007, seconded by Council member Clabots. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light requested a friendly amendment to include approval of the <br />Final PUD, subject to the two conditions. Mayor Pro Tem Brown and Council <br />member Clabots accepted the amendment. <br /> <br />VOTE: All in favor. <br /> <br />PROPERTY ACQUISITIONI (DAMY ANOVICH PROPERTY) - PURSUANT TO <br />SECTION 2.92.010 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, NOTICE IS <br />HEREBY GIVEN THAT AT ITS JUNE 19, 2007 REGULAR MEETING, THE <br />LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIIL WILL MAKE A FINAL DETERMINATION AS TO <br />THE PURCHASE OF FEE TITLE TO TWO PARCELS OF LAND TOTALING <br />12.80 ACRES, MORE OR LESS, LYING WITHIN UNINCORPORATED <br />BOULDER COUNTY AND IN THE NE1/4, SW1/4, S.13, T1S, R702 6TH P.M. <br />THE PARCELS LIE ADJACENT TO AND NORTH OF DYER ROAD (DILLON <br />ROAD EXTENDED AT TI-IE WESTERN TERMINUS OF DYER ROAD AND <br />APPROXIMATELY ONE-QUARTER MILE WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF <br />MCCASLIN BOULEV ARDi AND DYER ROAD.
