As the Collaborative
Decision Process graphic reflects, issues will be discussed at the PLAIT level and input
will be received from the TAC. The PMT will then present recommendations for key
decisions to the PPWS for concurrence. Collaborative Decision Process
This agency outreach structure, combined with effective
public involvement techniques, provides a framework for
involvement by all interested parties that ensures clear
direction and minimizes potential conflicts. The following
Proposed Timeline integrates the decision process into the
critical path and project milestones.
Proposed Timeline
Project Partner
Work Sessions
Key Decision Makers
Highway 42 Corridor Plan (complete at 18 months)
Integrated Infrastructure Implementation Plan
Louisville FasTracks Station Area Hwy 42 Corridor (Lock Street to Paschal Drive)
Project Management Team
Core Team
Technical Advisory
Committee
Advisors
Public /Stakeholders
Lesson Learned
The PMT, with input
from the TAC, will
integrate general
stakeholder and
public interests into
appropriately balanced,
prioritized concerns
agreed upon by the
PPWS. This creates a
space for transparent
decision making so that
the final agreed upon
recommendation moves
forward.
3
