The tees on holes No. 2,3,5,7 and 14 have become uneven, in part, because trees
lining the fairway have made one side of the tee more useable than the other. Regular
topdressing has resulted in "domed" or uneven tees. Our recommendation would be to,
as needed, selectively re -grade and re -grass the tees to provide a more -level and more
uniform teeing surface which will be easier to maintain.
Coal Creek utilizes four -tees ranging from 5,086 yards to 6,879 yards. It may be beneficial
to implement a fifth yardage option by simply creating a blue /white scorecard combination
tee that would play around 6,000 yards and would make the course more enjoyable for a
wider range of golfers
In addition, it may be beneficial to implement a junior tees on each hole to encourage
youth to participate in the game of golf and to encourage families to utilize the f ,pilities at
Coal Creek.
Diaiuci,e Lc are nn Hole .14 fainrgr.
HERFORT NORBY GOLF CouRSE ARCHrrECrs P ic,r: 11 OcrrriEo 17, 2011
T here are a number of age I S ek r any of these are a result of
inconsistent ti co ge o o golf carts near cart paths.
