Sam Light, City Attorney, read Ordinance No. 1324, Series 2000 - An Ordinance
Approving The Vacation Of Railroad Easements Dedicated To The City of Louisville
Within Colorado Technology Center, First Filing, First Filing.

Davidson called for staff presentation and asked if both Ordinances 1324, Series 2000,
and 1325, Series 2000, could be presented.

Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that Ordinance No. 1324 is a general ordinance,
which vacates a railroad and drainage easement which affects platted lots within portions
of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 5 and 8 of the CTC Subdivision, as well as Lot 6, Block 7, of the
Business Center at CTC. The width of the easement is approximately 45' wide and
addresses only the railroad portion of that easement; the conveyed width and location of
the drainage easement will not be affected. While the width and location of the easement
is not affected, certain use restrictions associated with the railroad easement will no
longer affect site development plans. Restrictions associated with development plan
proposals have been vehicle parking and whether or not the railroad easement could be
counted toward the open space requirement.

With regards to Ordinance No. 1325, this is limited to Lots 6 & 10, Block 3, of the
Colorado Tec Center and would remove a common property line easement between Lots
6 & 10. The O'Connor Group Development is currently in the process of doing a minor
subdivision replat in the final PUD development plan.

Davidson opened the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1324, and asked if there was
anyone in the audience that wished to speak in favor or opposition of the ordinance.

Hearing none, Davidson closed the public hearing.

Mayer moved that Council adopt Ordinance No. 1324, Series 2000, on second and final
reading, seconded by Howard. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a vote of 6-0.

ORDINANCE NO. 1325, SERIES 2000 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE
VACATION OF DRAINAGE EASEMENTS DEDICATED TO THE CITY OF
LOUISVILLE WITHIN LOTS 6 AND 10, BLOCK 3, COLORADO
TECHNOLOGY CENTER, FIRST FILING - 2nd reading - public hearing
(advertised Daily Camera 01/08/00)

Mayor Davidson asked for City Attorney introduction.

Sam Light, City Attomey, read Ordinance No. 1325, Series 2000 - An Ordinance
Approving The Vacation Of Drainage Easements Dedicated To The City of Louisville
Within Colorado Technology Center, First Filing.

Davidson opened the public hearing on Ordinance No. 1325, and asked if there was
anyone in the audience that wished to speak in favor or opposition of the ordinance.

10
