<br />B. Upon receipt of the special review use application and report, <br /> <br />the City may have a technical evaluation of the report completed. The <br /> <br />cost of said technical evaluation shall be paid by the applicant prior to <br /> <br />consideration of the application by City Council. Said cost shall not <br /> <br />be unrea sonabl e . <br /> <br />SECTION 10. Sections 17.24.030, 17.24.040,17.24.050, <br />17.24.060,17.24.150,17.24.160,17.24.170, and 17.24.180 of <br />Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 11. The following sections are hereby added to <br />Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br />17 . 24 .030 Location. <br />Signs shall be permitted only on the same lot or lots of the <br />permitted advertised use, and only where clearly incidental, <br /> <br />customary and commonly associated with the operation of the permitted <br /> <br />use. <br /> <br />17.24.040 Setback. <br />No portion of any sign shall extend closer than fifteen feet of any <br /> <br />property line except in the case of a common sign, the sign may be <br /> <br />placed on the common side lot line. <br /> <br />17.24.050 Height. <br />No portion of any sign shall exceed twenty feet in height as <br /> <br />measured from the average ground level at the base or below the sign <br /> <br />to the highest element of the sign. <br /> <br />17.24.060 Illumination <br />Signs in residential district shall not be illuminated with the <br /> <br />exception that identification and bulletin board Signs may be <br /> <br />indirectly illuminated in a manner that does not cast bright light upon <br /> <br />any residential structure. Illuminated signs in non-residential districts <br /> <br />shall be permitted provided that said signs shall not cast bright light <br /> <br />upon any residential structures 0 <br />
