Signs within such centers shall be limited to two <br /> <br />types, business identification signs and shopping center identification <br /> <br />signs. <br /> <br />SECTION 17. Sections 17.36.010,17.36.040, and 17.36.080 of <br /> <br />Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 18. The following sections are hereby added to Title 17, <br /> <br />Chapter 17.36 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />17.36.010 Continuation of nonconforming use or structure. <br /> <br />Subject to the provisions of Sections 17.36.010 through 17.36.080, <br /> <br />a nonconforming structure or use may be continued and maintained in <br /> <br />reasonable repair but shall not be altered or extended. The extension <br /> <br />of a nonconforming use to a portion of a structure which was arranged or <br /> <br />designed for the nonconforming use at the time of adoption of the ordinance <br /> <br />codified in this chapter ls not an extension of a nonconforming use. A <br /> <br />complete record of the location, value, nature and extent of all non- <br /> <br />conforming uses shall be maintained by the planning commission. <br /> <br />17.36.080 District changes. <br /> <br />Whenever the boundaries of a district are changed so as to transfer <br /> <br />an area from one district to another district of a different classification, <br /> <br />Sections 17.36.010 through 17.36.080 shall also apply to any non- <br /> <br />conforming uses existing- therein. <br /> <br />SECTION 19. The following subsection is hereby added to Section <br /> <br />17.40.020, Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> <br />E.
