Code Copies. At least three (3) copies of the <br />Uniform Building Code, 1973 edition, Volume 1, and at least three (3) <br />copies of the Uniform Building Code Standards, 1973 edition, of the <br />International Conference of Building Officials, all certified to be <br /> <br />true shall be available for reference by any interested person be- <br /> <br />tween the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, <br />holidays excepted. The "Building Code" as finally adopted shall be <br />available for sale to the public through the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk at a moderate price. <br />Section 4. Penalties <br /> <br />(a) The following penalty clause as contained in <br /> <br />the Uniform Building Code is herewith set forth in full <br /> <br />and adopted: <br /> <br />"Section 205.
