<br />(10) The area.s to be dedicated to the City or reserved as <br />corrmon areas. <br /> <br />(11) The 100 year flood plain and floodway, if applicable. <br /> <br />(12) A genera.l landscape plan at time of submission to <br />be followed by a detailed landscaping plan once the plan has <br />been approved sho~ring the spacing, sizes and specific types of <br />landscaping material.1I <br /> <br />IISection 6.;.113{C) <br />Copies of any special agreements, conveyances, restrictions, or <br />covenants, which will govern the use, maintenance and continued <br />protection of the planned unit and any of its common park areas <br />must accompany the! final development plan. II <br /> <br />IISection 6-113(0) <br />The applicant may submit any other information or exhibits he <br />deems pertinent in evaluating his proposed planned unit develop- <br />ment and the Planning Corrmission may request additional in- <br />formation it deems necessary for adequate review and evaluation.1I <br /> <br />Section 26. Section 7-101(B) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance <br />is added to as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 7-101(B) <br />Appointments to the Board of Adjustment shall be for a period <br />of three (3) years, except when vacancies occur prior to the <br />exp i ra t i on of a regu 1 ar term, they s ha 11 be fi 11 ed in the same <br />manner as regular appointments but shall serve only until the ex- <br />piration of the te!rm in which the vacancy occurred. In <br />addition to the regular members of the Board, the City Council <br />may appoint two (2~) associate members for staggered three (3) <br />year terms. In the event that any regul ar member be temporari ly <br />unable to act owing to absence from the City, illness, interest <br />in a case before the Board or any other cause, his place may <br />be taken during such temporary disability by an associate mem= <br />ber who shall enjoy full voting privileges.1I <br /> <br />Section 27. Section 7-103 of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance <br />is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 7-103. Hearings, Appeals and Notices <br />Appeals to the Boa.rd of Adjustment concerning any order, require- <br />ment, decisions or' determination made by the Zoning Administrator <br />charged with the ā¬!nforcement of this Ordinance may be taken by any <br />persons aggrieved or by any officer of the City of Louisville <br />affected by any dā¬~cision of the Zoning Administrator. Such appeals <br />shall be taken within such time as shall be prescribed by the <br />Board by general rule. The appellant shall file with the Zoning <br />Administrator and with the Board a notice of appeal specifying <br />the grounds thereof. Accompanying the notice of appeal will be <br />a filing fee which shall be one-half the zoning amendment fee. <br />The Zoning Administrator shall immediately transmit to the <br />Board all papers constituting the record of action upon which <br />the appeal was taken. The Board of Adjustment shall fix a reason- <br />able time for the hearing of the appeal, give public notice <br />thereof as well as due notice to the interested parties, and <br />decide the same within a reasonable time. <br /> <br />-17- <br />
