<br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 502 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 424 AND ORDINANCE NO. <br />485 WHICH PROVIDED FOR THE REZONING OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />AND PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS THEREFOR, BY CHANGING <br />THE RULES AND REGULAT'IONS REGARDING FENCES AND HEDGES; DATA <br />REQUIRED TO BE FURNISHED BY DEVELOPERS, AND PROVIDING ADD- <br />ITIONAL STANDARDS FOR. DEVELOPERS. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, that since the adoption of Ordinance No. 424 <br />and No. 485 of the City of Louisville and the application <br />thereof, it has become apparent to the appropriate City <br />officials of the City of Louisville that certain changes <br />should be made, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has also been instructed <br />by the Colorado LandUse Commission to abide by the provisions <br />of Chapter 80 ~ 106-7 et. seq. (1974) Colorado Session <br />Laws 336, commonly known as House Bill 1041, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville <br />to accomplish said purposes finds it necessary to make <br />certain changes in its Zoning Ordinance as adopted in <br />Ordinance No. 424 and No. 485, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Be It Ordained by the City Council of <br />the City of Louisvilh:!, Colorado. <br /> <br />Section 1. All references hereafter made to the <br />Louisville Zoning Ordinance refer to the Zoning Ordinance <br />as adopted in Ordinance No. 424 of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado which is also known as Chapter 25 of the Municipal <br />Code of the City of Louisville and the additions and deletions <br />thereto as adopted in Ordinance No. 485. <br /> <br />Section 2. Sections 4-112-(B), (C) and (D) of the <br />Louisville Zoning Ordinance as modified in Ordinance No. <br />485 are hereby repeal~=d and the following sections are <br />adopted to replace the same: <br /> <br />"(B) No fence, wall, or hedge exceeding 4 feet in <br />height shall be located in any required front yard. <br /> <br />(C) Regardless of the above no fence wall or hedge <br />exceeding 2~ feet in height shall be located in <br />any vision clearance area of a street intersection. <br /> <br />(D) No fence, wall, or hedge shall be located so <br />as to extend into street or alley rights of way." <br /> <br />Section 3. Section 6-106(B) of the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinance as adopted in 9rdinance No. 485 is hereby repealed <br />and the following is adopted to replace the same: <br /> <br />"Section 6-106(B). The water usage of the indus- <br />trial establishments shall be estimated and noted <br />on the final development plan. If in the opinion <br />of the City Engineer the estimated water usage <br />of an establishment or establishments will be <br />so great as to impair the ability to serve the <br />remaining portions of the PUD-I, the City <br />Council may, in its descretion, disapprove the <br />final developmEmt plan." <br />
