2T Trash removal — Allowance of $600 for removal of all site trash from construction activity. <br />3A Lumber /Siding — Allowance of $10,000 for dimensional lumber and sheathing materials to reinforce <br />roof structure <br />3B Framing/Siding Labor — Allowance of $5,000 to install materials listed in category 3A . <br />3G Skylights — Allowance of $600 to remove the existing skylight, reframe as necessary and install two <br />fixed "Velux" or equal 2' x 4' skylights. <br />3N Electrical — No electrical is planned or budgeted. <br />3P Roofing — Allowance of $11.000 to remove existing roofing material, install Feltex "Shinglelayment" <br />or equal underlayment. Underlayment for the carport to be Tamko "Ice & Water Shield" or equal. Line, <br />step and eve flashing as necessary and then install Owens Corning "Weatherguard HP Class 4 Lifetime" <br />or equal class 4 laminate shingles. Roofing removal and replacement is to be done only for the carport, <br />main body of the house and front and back porches. No roofing removal or replacement is planned for <br />the addition on the rear of the house. <br />3T Masonry /Stucco — Allowance of $1,500 for stucco repair if necessary. <br />3X Insulation — Allowance of $3,000 to remove all insulation in the attic space so structural work can be <br />performed, then blow in fiberglass insulation over a vapor barrier to a level of R -50. <br />4B Drywall — Allowance of $2,000 to make drywall repairs on the ceiling of the structure as necessary <br />due to construction activity. <br />4L Painting — Allowance of $1,500 to paint the interior ceiling of the house and exterior in the <br />immediate vicinity of structural repairs. Paint to be "Diamond Vogel" or equal products with color to be <br />approved by the homeowner. <br />5D Final Clean -up — Allowance of $875 for final cleaning of dwelling from all construction activity. <br />Cleaning to consist of broom clean the exterior and the main level of the dwelling and having the HVAC <br />ductwork to be vacuumed by "COIT" or equal <br />5F Common Labor — Allowance of $500 for miscellaneous task labor. <br />5H Miscellaneous — Allowance of $1,500 for miscellaneous items needed for construction completion. <br />7B General Supervision — Allowance of $8,000 for all aspects of project management to culminate with <br />completion of a "final inspection" and final cleanup. <br />Items not budgeted <br />Revised structural plans. <br />Asbestos abatement. <br />Lead paint abatement or testing. <br />Foundation work /reinforcement or concrete pads. <br />
