<br />(W) lot, Double Frontage. A lot which runs through a block from street to <br />street and which has two (2) non intersecting sides abutting on two (2) or <br />more streets. <br /> <br />(X) Lot line, Front. The property I ine dividing a lot from the right-of-way <br />of the street. For a corner lot, the shortest street right-of-way line shal I <br />be considered as the front line. <br /> <br />(Y) L.ot, Interior. A lot other than a corner lot. <br /> <br />(Z) L.ot line, Rear. The property I ine opposite the front lot line. <br /> <br />(Al) lot line, Side. Any lot I ine other than a front or rear lot line. <br /> <br />(Bl) Lot Width. The distance on a horizontal plane between the side lot lines <br />of a lot, measured at right angles to the line establ ishing the lot depth at <br />the establ ished bui Iding setback line. <br /> <br />(Cl) Marginal Access Streets. Local streets which are paral lei to and adjacent <br />to freeways or arterial streets and which provide access to abutting properties <br />and protection from through traffic. <br /> <br />(01) Owner. Any person or persons, firm or firms, corporation or corporations, <br />or any other legal entity having legal title to land sought to be subdivided <br />under these regulations. <br /> <br />(El) Planned Unit Development. A project of a single owner or a group of <br />owners acting jointly, involving a related group of residences, or businesses, <br />or industries and associated uses, planned as a single entity and therefore <br />subject to development and regulation as one land use unit rather than as an <br />aggregation of individual bui Idings located on separate lots. The planned <br />unit development includes usable, functional, open space for the mutual bene- <br />fit of the entire tract and is designed to provide variety and diversity <br />through the variance of normal zoning and subdivision standards so that max- <br />imum long-range benefits can be gained and the unique features of the devel- <br />opment or site is preserved and enhanced, whl Ie sti I I being in harmony with <br />the sur'rounding neighborhood. Approval of a planned unit development does <br />not eliminate the requirements of subdividing. A Prel iminary Plat and a <br />Final Plat must be submitted and processed through the subdivision procedures <br />as provided in these regulations. <br /> <br />(Fl) Planning Commission. The officially appointed Planning Commission of the <br />City of Louisvi I Ie, Colorado. <br /> <br />(81) Plat. A subdivision as it is represented as a formal document by drawings <br />and writing. <br /> <br />(Hl) Property Line. The boundary of any lot, parcel or tract as the same is <br />described in the conveyance to the owner, and shal I not Include the streets <br />or alleys upon which the said lot, parcel or tract may abut. <br /> <br />(11) Publ ic Hearing. A meeting called by a public body for which public notice <br />has been given and which is held in a place in which the general publ ic may <br />attend to hear issues and express their opinions. <br /> <br />7-3 <br />
