Planning Commission Meeting Minutes JUNE 14, 2007 Page 6 of 13 Wood stated the location at 733 Jefferson would be permitted to have 30 students and 5 staff in the building at any given time. Applicant Presentation: Tom (unknown) representing the Louisville United Methodist Church at 741 Jefferson Ave discussed the proposed change for the school. The school is discontinuing the use of the facilities in the church which will require a reduction in the total number of students. The school has met all the state licensing requirements for operation. Questions of the Applicant: Dalton expressed concern with the parking requirement. Tom (unknown) stated the parking will remain the same and has been quite adequate for the staff. Sheets stated that with fewer students there should be less traffic. Tom (unknown) agreed. Members of the Public: None heard. Staff and Applicant Summary and Recommendation: No additional comments. Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: All commissioners indicated support of the requested SRU Sheets moved and McAvinew seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 14, Series 2007 with the one condition as presented by staff.
