<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />JUNE 14, 2007 <br />Page 8 of 13 <br /> <br />Applicant Presentation: <br />Mike (unknown), representing the applicant, briefly discussed the parking issues, the RTD bus <br />passes provided by the school and the fact that the school encourages their students to use <br />alterative transportation. He also stated there is a recorded document for Aspen Green that <br />addressed the parking. A copy of that document will be provided to staff prior to the City <br />Council meeting. <br /> <br />Joan Silvers, the building owner, discussed the parking requirement as well as the recorded <br />document regarding the shared parking agreement. <br /> <br />Questions of the Applicant: <br />Lipton asked why the applicant is moving. <br /> <br />Mike (unknown) stated they needed more space and the new location would provide 3,000 SF <br />where they currently have only 1900 SF. <br /> <br />Loo asked if the applicant was okay with the conditions as presented by staff. <br /> <br />Mike (unknown) stated they were. <br /> <br />Deborski asked if the RTD bus passes are provided at no cost to the students. <br /> <br />Mike (unknown) stated the students are reimbursed. <br /> <br />Members of the Public: <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Staff and Applicant Summary and Recommendation: <br />No additional comments. <br /> <br />Public Hearing Closed Commission Comments: <br />All commissioners stated their support for the approval of the SRU <br /> <br />Loo moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to approve Resolution No. 15, Series 2007 with the <br />two conditions as stated by staff. <br /> <br />Roll Call Vote: <br /> <br />Name Vote <br />Jeff Lipton Yes <br />Chris Pritchard Yes <br />Susan S.
