<br />Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />AUGUST 9, 2007 <br />Page 4 of 7 <br /> <br />Lipton and J. Sheets discussed the possibility of the destination venue as to whether Koelbel <br />would be interested, and gave some examples. <br /> <br />M. Sheets inquired about the vacancy rate of the area. <br /> <br />J. Sheets stated the units are almost full except for one small space in a multi-tenant building.
