<br />Louisville City Council Meeting <br />February 1,2005 <br />Page 6 of 10 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested an Applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Stanley Swanson, 1849 Cherry Street, #8, Louisville, CO thanked the Planning Staff for <br />their assistance in the Special Review process. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested public comment and hearing none, closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Van Pelt moved that Council approve Resolution No.6, <br />Series 2005, seconded by Council member Clabots. All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1456, SERIES 2004 - AN ORDINANCE ZONING PROPERTY <br />KNOWN AS THE HOYLE PROPERTY - 2nd reading - public hearing (advertised <br />Daily Camera 9/25/04) - continued from 10/19/04 <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1456, Series 2004. He reported on letters <br />the City received from Mr. Lopez and from the Boulder County Lane Use Department. <br />Mr. Lopez requested a continuance of the public hearing to the March 15,2005 meeting. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested an Applicant presentation. <br /> <br />Richard Lopez, 4450 Arapahoe Avenue, Boulder, CO. Attorney representing the <br />applicant, requested a continuance to the March 15 City Council meeting, to allow <br />further discussions of certain issues and options that may be amenable to all parties. <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk explained the March 15 City Council meeting has been rescheduled to <br />Thursday, March 17. He asked if that would create any problem for the applicants. <br />Mr. Lopez responded no. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Marsella moved to continue the public hearing to March <br />17,2005, seconded by Council member Levihn. Roll call was taken. The motion passed <br />by a vote of 5-0. Absent: Council members Keany and Brown. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1462, SERIES 2005 - AN ORDINANCE TO APPLY AND <br />CONTRACT FOR BENEFICIAL USE OF WATER ON BEHALF OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND PRESCRIBING THE <br />TERMS FOR APPLICATION FOR AN ALLOCATION OF THE RIGHT TO USE <br />COLORADO BIG THOMPSON PROJECT WATER TO SAID CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE BY NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY <br />DISTRICT - 2nd reading - public hearing (advertised Daily Camera 1/2/205) <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk requested a Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Tom Phare explained that as the City acquires CBT Units they <br /> <br />6 <br />
