Louisville City Council Meeting May 16, 2000 Page 8. Howard asked Councilman Mayer if he was concerned that there would be additional development in that area. Davidson stated for clarification, that any development would be required to go through the PUD process. He noted Councils' concerns over the issue of the corridor from the turnpike, but that the PUD process would be in place. He suggested Council approve the Agreement and authorize the Mayor and City Administrator to make minor changes as appropriate. Brown suggested that the language could be changed to no less than 1:1 land dedication exchange at the discretion of the Council or the parties. Davidson stated that the City Attorney has advised that the language of the Resolution authorizes the Mayor to make any changes. MOTION: Howard moved that Council approve Resolution No. 33, Series 2000 - A Resolution Approving an Intergovernmental Agreement US. 36 Corridor Comprehensive Development Plan, Among the City of Louisville, the Town of Superior, the City of Boulder and the County of Boulder, Colorado, seconded by Keany. Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a vote of 6-0. Councilman Sisk returned to the meeting at 7:50 p.m. RESOLUTION NO. 22, SERIES 2000 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND MINOR SUBDIVISION REPLAT FOR THE BELLA VISTA SOUTH SUBDIVISION (continued from 5/2/00) Davidson called for Staff Presentation. Ken Johnstone, Principal Planner stated that the application was originally before the City Council on April 4, 2000. The application was continued by Council at the 4/4/00, 4/18/00 and the 5/2/00 meetings. Johnstone noted that the application was continued to this hearing date due to the concern over requested setback exceptions, the proposed public land dedication for right-of-way, and the basis for calculating the fee in-lieu of land dedication. Johnstone noted that Staff received a letter from the applicant indicating he would be out of town for the May 16, 2000 meeting and requesting a continuance to June 20, 2000.
