He did not agree with the fiscal analysis presented and stated the City
should not rely on consultants but on the citizens' vision for Louisville.

Susan Morris, 939 West Maple Court, Louisville, CO stated the Comp Plan is an
advisory document. She voiced her concerns over the increase of population,
and stressed the importance of the small town feel of Louisville. She addressed
Area #7, and her conversation with Chris Hanson. She opposed the density he
proposes and noted the Planning Commission proposed 14 homes in that area.

Frost Yarnell, 1109 Hillside Lane, Louisville, CO voiced her concern with Mr.
Cunningham's analysis relative to the build out population of Louisville. She
stated the citizens have a vision of what Louisville should be, and have
requested a population of 22,000.

Gail Hartman, 724 Ponderosa Court, Louisville, CO read the Money Magazine
article naming Louisville as #5 in the best places to live in the country. She
addressed retail, and stated she works and lives in Louisville but does not shop
in Louisville. She suggested the City develop the type of retail that she would
support.

Bob Muckle, 1101 Lincoln Avenue, Louisville, CO supported keeping the small
town atmosphere of Louisville. He urged the Council to start small.

Debra Kalish, 477 Fireside, Louisville, CO stated at the1990 Future's Conference
the population projection for Louisville was approximately 19,000, which is the
City's population today. She thanked Mayor Sisk and Council member Keany, Past
Mayor Davidson and past Council member Morris for their vision of Louisville.

Doug Grinbergs, 530 W. Sycamore Circle, Louisville, CO suggested slow growth,
and smart growth. He presented his population calculations for a 20-year period
and stated Louisville does not need to be a community of 25,000. He voiced his
concern over the projected parking for Fastracks in the downtown area and the
safety of the roadways in Louisville for bicyclists.

COUNCIL COMMENT

Mayor Sisk stated that Council members Brown and Marsella would not be
attending the July 19 City Council meeting.
