<br />City Council <br />Meeting Minutes <br />September 6, 2005 <br />Page 10 of 18 <br /> <br />will annex to the City of Louisville a 1.4-acre parcel located at the southeast <br />corner of S. 96th Street and Dillon Road. The City acquired the property in 2004 <br />from the Schreiter family for right of way purposes in conjunction with the 96th <br />Street/Dillon Road Street Improvement Project. The property was needed to <br />install street and drainage improvements at the street intersection. Those street <br />improvements are completed and it is necessary for the City to annex the <br />property to clarify the City's ownership and maintenance responsibilities for these <br />City streets. With respect to the zoning of the property, based on adjacent land <br />uses and applicable comprehensive planning documents, the proposed zoning <br />ordinance recommends the right of way parcel be designated Agriculture (A). <br /> <br />Mayor Sisk opened the public hearing and requested public comment. There <br />were no comments. <br /> <br />MOTION: Council member Keany moved that Ordinance No. 1477, Series 2005 <br />be set for a second public hearing on September 20, 2005, seconded by Council <br />member Marsella. Roll call vote was taken.
