He stated that the project is
straightforward and meets all the guidelines, with minor modifications. Hartkronft stated
that the applicant is in agreement with all the conditions put forward by the Planning
Commission. He stated that he is available to address Council's questions.

COUNCIL COMMENTS:

Howard stated that he liked the proposal and did not have any questions.

Mayer asked Planning Director Wood how this project would be tracked. Wood stated
that there are 8 spaces at 834 Front Street that could be credited and would be noted on
the PUD. Wood noted that 901/909 still has the requirement of the parking obligation
with the PUD.

Mayer stated that he was concerned that future development may come in and request
parking. Wood stated that it would be noted that these parking spaces are allocated.

Keany asked if the Planning Commission agreed with the color schemes. Hartkronft
stated that the Planning Commission did agree.

Keany asked if there would be signage identifying the lot as private parking. Hartkronft
stated that the lot would be signed as private property.

City Attorney Light asked if the issue of the title would be resolved prior to the
recordation of the PUD. Hartkronft stated that it would.

MOTION: Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 48, Series 2000, with the
condition that off-street parking be noted on the PUD, as well as a restriction on the 834
Front Street Final PUD, seconded by Keany.

Light offered a friendly amendment that added a phrase of "prior to recording" of the
PUD.

Mayer and Keany accepted the amendment.

VOTE: Roll call vote was taken.
