He suggested exploring the rerouting <br />alternative. <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Council remand the Special Review Use Application <br />back to the Planning Commission, with Council comments, seconded by Howard. All in <br />favor. <br /> <br />Davidson called for a recess at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Davidson called the meeting back to order at 8:35 p.m. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1444, SERIES 2000 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AN <br />ANNEXATION, KNOWN AS THE FISCHER ANNEXATION, TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO - 2na reading - public hearing (advertised Daily <br />Camera 9/10/00) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney presentation. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1344, Series 2000 (re-numbered from Ordinance <br />No. 1444). Light reported that the signed annexation agreement was received on Friday, <br />September 15, 2000. <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation. <br /> <br />Planning Director Wood stated that if authorized on second reading, Ordinance No. 1344, <br />Series 2000 would annex a 7.6-acre parcel known as the Fischer Annexation. On <br />September 5, 2000, Council authorized Resolution No. 51, Series 2000, which authorizes <br />eligibility. Wood stated that Mrs. Fischer has signed the required annexation agreement <br />without special conditions. The agreement obligates the owner to petition for inclusion <br />into the Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District, and to dedicate any appurtenant <br />water rights to the City. The owner has 5 shares of Davidson Ditch Water which yields <br />3.1 raw water credits. A total of approximately 7.6 raw water credits are required. The <br />payment of a water resource fee will be required upon approval of the subdivision of the <br />land. <br /> <br />Wood reviewed the second item of the resident follow-up, concerning Parcel 4 and a <br />Warranty Deed and Title Bond recorded and received from John Prouty to JoBelle <br />Fischer. <br /> <br />12 <br /> <br /> <br />
