Senior Services Supervisor Katie Beasley introduced <br /> Community Resource Coordinator Diane Evans, who oversees the meal service and the <br /> following members of the Seniors Congregate Meal Site: Meals on Wheels and East <br /> Boulder County representative Steve Anderson, Senior Advisory Board Chair Carol <br /> Purfurst, and Jim Purfurst, Imadail Pearson, Marlene Thompson and Martin Scheriff and <br /> accepted the proclamation on behalf of the Louisville Seniors Congregate Meal Site. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 19, SERIES 2012 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br /> AMENDED BUSINESS ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITHI PEARL IZUMI <br /> USA, INC., FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW COMMERCIAL BUILDING <br /> IN THE COLORADO TECHNOLOGICAL CENTER <br /> Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br /> Economic Development Director Star requested a continuance on Resolution No. 19, <br /> Series 2012 to the next regular meeting on March 20, 2012. <br /> MOTION: Councilor Loo moved to continue Resolution No. 19, Series 2012 to March <br /> 20, 2012, seconded by Councilor Yarnell. All were in favor. Absent: Mayor Pro Tem <br /> Dalton. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 20, SERIES 2012 — A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BUSINESS <br /> ASSISTANCE AGREEMENT WITH WILD WOODS BREWERY & PUB, INC. FOR <br /> REINVESTMENT AND ATTRACTION OF A NEW RETAIL OUTLET AT 330 SOUTH <br /> MCCASLIN BOULEVARD IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br /> Mayor Muckle requested a staff presentation. <br /> Economic Development Director Star explained City Council action is requested on a <br /> proposed economic development business assistance package (BAP) for Wild Woods <br /> Brewery & Pub. The applicant, Jake Evans, proposes to establish a new brew pub and <br /> is considering leasing space in Louisville or in nearby vacant space in Boulder, <br /> Superior, or Lafayette. The site in Louisville is the former Back Room bar, at 330 <br /> McCaslin Boulevard in the Centennial Center. Mr. Evan intends to serve beers brewed <br /> on premise, along with wines and natural sodas and flatbread pizzas. Mr. Evans <br /> proposes to invest $90,000 in remodeling the space to accommodate the brewpub. <br />
