It <br /> appears a window was added to the north side of the house and the front porch was <br /> enclosed sometime after 1948. The rest of the windows and the front door appear to be <br /> original. Staff found the application complies with Architectural and Social Significance. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Dalton stated the dormer looked out of place. Mr. Griffin confirmed the <br /> dormer does look out of place. He explained it was added because the house is so <br /> small and it provides a bedroom in the upstairs area. <br /> Mayor Pro Tem Dalton asked if a structural assessment has been done on the house. <br /> Planning Director Russ stated an assessment has not been done.
