The Romano's operated the Rex Movie Theater
from 1945 to 1972.
A shed dormer was added to the north side of the roof between 1980 and 1990. He explained once
the house is landmarked, a structural assessment would be completed.
Mayor Muckle requested public comment and hearing none, closed the public hearing.
MOTION: Councilor Yarnell moved to approve Resolution No. 24, Series 2012,
seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Dalton.
