Louisville City Council Meeting <br />January 16, 2001 <br />Page 13. <br /> <br />representatives present the request at an upcoming budget session for inclusion in the <br />2002 budget. <br /> <br />City Administrator Simmons stated that the Terms of Agreement for Animal <br />Impoundment Services become effective January 1, 2001 and terminate December 3 I, <br />2001, unless it is renewed or extended by written agreement of the parties. <br /> <br />Mayer Davidson suggested approving the contract subject to changes by the Mayor that <br />would extend the terms of agreement beyond one year. <br /> <br />Sisk concurred with Mayor Davidson, <br /> <br />City Attorney Light pointed out that changes to Paragraph 2, Terms of Agreement, would <br />have to be reviewed and language added with respect to the annual appropriation. Light <br />also noted that Resolution No. 5, Series 2001, Paragraph 3 gives the authority to <br />negotiate. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve Resolution No. 5, Series 2001, seconded <br />by Howard. Roll call vote was taken. The motion carried by a vote of 7-0. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1355, SERIES 2001 - AN ORDINANCE INITIATING THE <br />ADOPTION OF A HOME RULE CHARTER FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, <br />COLORADO AND PROVIDING FOR THE ELECTION OF CHARTER <br />COMMISSION MEMBERS - 1st reading - set public hearing 02/06/01 <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction.~ <br /> <br />City Attorney Light read Ordinance No. 1355, Series 2001. <br /> <br />MOTION: Mayer moved that Council set Ordinance No. 1355, Series 2001 out for <br />publication and set a public hearing for February 6, 2001, seconded by Levihn.
