3.12 TABOR Notice. If applicable, combine the text of the TABOR Notice submitted <br /> by the Jurisdiction with those of other jurisdictions to produce the TABOR Notice Package. The <br /> County Clerk may determine the order of the TABOR Notice submitted by the Jurisdiction and <br /> those of other jurisdictions to be included in the TABOR Notice Package provided. However, <br /> the materials supplied by the Jurisdiction shall be kept together as a group and in the order <br /> supplied by the Jurisdiction. The cost for the printing and mailing of the Notice Package shall be <br /> shared on a prorated basis with the other jurisdictions having TABOR issues on the ballot. <br /> 3.13 Make every effort to determine and use the `least cost" method for mailing the <br /> TABOR Notice Package. <br /> 3.14 Address TABOR Notices to "All Registered Voters" at each address of one or <br /> more active registered electors of the Jurisdiction and mail on or before October 5, 2012. <br /> Nothing herein shall preclude the County Clerk from sending the TABOR Notice or TABOR <br /> Notice Package to persons other than electors of the Jurisdiction if such sending arises from the <br /> County Clerk's efforts to mail the TABOR Notice Package at"least cost," or in the most <br /> efficient manner. <br /> 3.15 The Clerk is not responsible for ensuring that the TABOR Notice complies with <br /> the requirements of TABOR or any other constitutional or statutory requirement relating to <br /> notice. <br /> 3.16 Testing. Assist the Jurisdiction's representative during the performance of the <br /> required and requested Logic and Accuracy Testing of the electronic vote counting equipment. <br /> 3.17 Election and post-Election Day. Provide support to the Election Officer via <br /> telephone and in person throughout the Election process and during all ballot-counting <br /> procedures for the Election. <br /> 3.18 Clerk will begin counting the ballots on October 22, 2012. However, pre-Election <br /> Day counting results will not be released until after 7:00 p.m. on the date of the Election. With <br /> the exception of Provisional Ballots, all ballots received by 7:00 p.m. on November 6, 2012, <br /> shall be counted the night of the Election. The unofficial results will be published to the County <br /> website following the completion of the final counting procedures. <br /> 3.19 Count valid ballots cast by overseas voters and uniformed-service voters serving <br /> outside of the State if received by close of business on November 14, 2012 (eighth day after <br /> Election) in accordance with C.R.S. § 1-8.3-113. Qualify and count cured mail-in ballots and <br /> Provisional Ballots on or before 7:00 p.m. on November 20, 2012. <br /> 3.20 Certify and submit to the Jurisdiction the final Election results upon the <br /> completion of the tallying of the Provisional Ballots. <br /> 3.21 Store all voted ballots, unvoted ballots, lists and logs used during the election <br /> process for the time period required by the Code. <br /> Page 4 of 8 <br />
