3.12 TABOR Notice. If applicable, combine the text of the TABOR Notice submitted by the Jurisdiction with those of other jurisdictions to produce the TABOR Notice Package. The County Clerk may determine the order of the TABOR Notice submitted by the Jurisdiction and those of other jurisdictions to be included in the TABOR Notice Package provided. However, the materials supplied by the Jurisdiction shall be kept together as a group and in the order supplied by the Jurisdiction. The cost for the printing and mailing of the Notice Package shall be shared on a prorated basis with the other jurisdictions having TABOR issues on the ballot. 3.13 Make every effort to determine and use the `least cost" method for mailing the TABOR Notice Package. 3.14 Address TABOR Notices to "All Registered Voters" at each address of one or more active registered electors of the Jurisdiction and mail on or before October 5, 2012. Nothing herein shall preclude the County Clerk from sending the TABOR Notice or TABOR Notice Package to persons other than electors of the Jurisdiction if such sending arises from the County Clerk's efforts to mail the TABOR Notice Package at"least cost," or in the most efficient manner. 3.15 The Clerk is not responsible for ensuring that the TABOR Notice complies with the requirements of TABOR or any other constitutional or statutory requirement relating to notice. 3.16 Testing. Assist the Jurisdiction's representative during the performance of the required and requested Logic and Accuracy Testing of the electronic vote counting equipment. 3.17 Election and post-Election Day. Provide support to the Election Officer via telephone and in person throughout the Election process and during all ballot-counting procedures for the Election. 3.18 Clerk will begin counting the ballots on October 22, 2012. However, pre-Election Day counting results will not be released until after 7:00 p.m. on the date of the Election. With the exception of Provisional Ballots, all ballots received by 7:00 p.m. on November 6, 2012, shall be counted the night of the Election. The unofficial results will be published to the County website following the completion of the final counting procedures. 3.19 Count valid ballots cast by overseas voters and uniformed-service voters serving outside of the State if received by close of business on November 14, 2012 (eighth day after Election) in accordance with C.R.S. § 1-8.3-113. Qualify and count cured mail-in ballots and Provisional Ballots on or before 7:00 p.m. on November 20, 2012. 3.20 Certify and submit to the Jurisdiction the final Election results upon the completion of the tallying of the Provisional Ballots. 3.21 Store all voted ballots, unvoted ballots, lists and logs used during the election process for the time period required by the Code.
