All in favor. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1358, SERIES 2001 - AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE <br />PAYMENT OF CITY MONEYS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF VACANT REAL <br />ESTATE - 1st reading - set public hearing 4/3/01 <br /> <br />Sisk called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1358, Series 2001. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Ordinance No. 1358, Series 2001 be set out for publication <br />and a public hearing be set for April 3, 2001, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> <br />Mayer stated that the acquisition of the vacant real estate is being done with the <br />expressed understanding that all prairie dogs will be removed from that area. He noted <br />that what prairie dogs are not relocated will be eradicated. <br /> <br />Sisk noted that there has been a timeframe and a relocation site established. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1359, SERIES 2001 - AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE <br />VACATION OF PORTIONS OF TWO ALLEY RIGHTS-OF-WAY WITHIN THE <br />JOHNSON'S FIRST ADDITION SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE <br />- 1st reading - set public hearing 4/3/01 <br /> <br />Sisk called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1359, Series 2001. <br /> <br />MOTION: Brown moved that Council approve Ordinance No. 1359, Series 2001 at first <br />reading, seconded by Howard. <br /> <br />Sisk offered a friendly amendment that Ordinance No. 1359, Series 2001 be set out for <br />publication and a public hearing be set for April 3, 2001. <br /> <br />Brown and Howard accepted the amendment. <br /> <br />VOTE: All in favor. <br /> <br />19 <br /> <br /> <br />
