• <br />converting Warembourg from MOA to NPD. He also said he'd like to see language <br />specifying a good path on the north side of Coal Creek and to add vegetation and <br />wetlands monitoring to the recurring inventory. <br />Ms. Lair explained that the MOA status on Warembourg could revert to NPD if the <br />property is not properly managed. <br />Motions on Vol. 2 - Jointly Owned Properties Open Space Management Plan <br />1. Bob Muckle moved to a) remove the clause on the Warembourg property that <br />specifying reverting the property from MOA to NPD status, b) change the language on <br />the Warembourg property from "thinning or removal" to "thinning or management" and <br />c) remove and reclaim the social trails on the south side of Coal Creek on the <br />Warembourg property. Matt 'Jones seconded. Motion passed 6 -0. <br />2. Bob Muckle moved that Boulder County Land Venture be left in agricultural <br />production until such time that agricultural use is no longer economically feasible. At <br />such time the property should be restored to native grassland and designated MOA. Pat <br />Hornbostel seconded. Motion passed 5 -1. <br />3. Bob Muckle moved that a vegetation survey be included in the recurring resource <br />monitoring on the Warembourg property. Pat Hornbostel seconded. Motion passed 5 -1. <br />4. Bob Muckle moved that the LOSCAB endorse the two proposed Lafayette <br />amendments (good neighbor policy and South Pointe trail). Cary Tengler seconded. <br />Motion passed 6 -0. <br />5. Matt Jones moved that the second item (identified as #2) in the overall plan goals <br />section be moved to #1 and a fifth item, "Provide appropriate passive recreational <br />activities," be added. Cary Tengler seconded. Motion passed 6 -0. <br />6. Matt Jones moved that, on page 7, in the sentence discussing major projects, the <br />following clause, "and without conferring with the respective advisory boards." be added. <br />Cary Tengler seconded. Motion passed 6-0. <br />7. Matt Jones moved that, on page 25 in the discussion of Adler - Fingeru, the <br />following clause, "Restore the riparian and adjacent areas to native vegetation." be <br />inserted. Cary Tengler seconded. Motion passed 5 -1. <br />8. Matt Jones moved that on page 72, in the discussion of the Callahan property, the <br />phrase "the Goodhue Ditch corridor and" be stricken. Gary Mansdorfer seconded. <br />Motion passed 6 -0. <br />9. Matt Jones moved that in the management goals section, the following clause be <br />r <br />interested in the second set of bulleted items, "Any restoration or reclamation on non - <br />crop lands be done with native plats or species. Cary Tengler seconded. Motion passed <br />5 -1. <br />10. Gary Mansdorfer moved that the management goals be bulleted, rather than <br />numbered, to reflect their non - prioritized order. Bob Muckle seconded. Motion passed <br />6 -0. <br />11. Bob Muckle moved that the LOSCAB recommend adoption of the Jointly Owned <br />Boulder County- Lafayette - Louisville Open Space Management Plan with the above <br />noted amendments. Pat Hornbostel seconded. Motion passed 6 -0. <br />
