Louisville City Council Meeting <br />April 3, 2001 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br />Mayer stated that he had concerns with the liability issues related to a violation of the <br />food service license. <br /> <br />Light stated that if the City was involved in an enforcement action, under the indemnity <br />clause the manager or agents would be held responsible. <br /> <br />Keany stated his belief that there would be no additional liabilities to the City because the <br />City owns the golf course. <br /> <br />MOTION: Sisk moved that Council approve the Amendment for the Coal Creek Golf <br />Course Agreement, seconded by Brown. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light offered a friendly amendment that the motion include authorization <br />for the Mayor to negotiate and approve any non-substantive changes to the First <br />Amendment to the golf course contract. <br /> <br />Sisk and Brown accepted the friendly amendment. <br /> <br />VOTE: Roll call was taken. The motion passed by a vote of 6-0. <br /> <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> <br />City Attorney Light requested that Council go to executive session to discuss strategies <br />on a pending litigation. <br /> <br />City Clerk Nancy Varra read Section 2.90.050 Public statement of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code. <br /> <br />Davidson moved that Council go to Executive Session, seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br />Council adjourned to Executive Session at 9:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Council returned from Executive Session at 10:05 p.m. Davidson called the meeting back <br />to order. <br /> <br />City Attorney Light certified that at the executive session there was discussion of <br />strategies on pending litigation. <br /> <br /> CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br /> <br />
