Louisville City Council Meeting <br />July 3, 2001 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />REGULAR BUSINESS <br /> <br />NATIONAL PARKS & RECREATION MONTH PROCLAMATION <br /> <br />Davidson read the proclamation proclaiming July as Parks & Recreation month in <br />Louisville and reviewed the events for the month. Davidson presented the proclamation <br />to Parks & Recreation Director Steve Baysinger. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1361, SERIES 2001 - AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE <br />17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, ENTITLED "ZONING", BY <br />REZONING AS AGRICULTURAL (A) APPROXIMATELY FOUR ACRES OF <br />LAND AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF DILLON <br />ROAD AND SOUTH 104TM STREET - 2nd reading - public hearing (advertised <br />Daily Camera 5/12/01) <br /> <br />Davidson called for City Attorney introduction. <br /> <br />City Attorney Sam Light read Ordinance No. 1361, Series 2001. <br /> <br />Davidson reopened the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOTION: Davidson moved that Ordinance No. 1361, Series 2001 be continued to July <br />17, 2001, seconded by Sisk. All in favor. <br /> <br />City Administrator Bill Simmons stated that he has had discussions with the property <br />owners and a meeting will be set for further discussion. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 30, SERIES 2001- A RESOLUTION CONCERNING A <br />PETITION FOR THE ANNEXATION OF PROPERTY TO THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, KNOWN AS THE MAURER ANNEXATION, AND <br />FINDING THE AREA PROPOSED TO BE ANNEXED ELIGIBLE FOR <br />ANNEXATION <br /> <br />Davidson called for Staff presentation and asked that the presentation include Resolution <br />No. 30, Ordinance No. 1362 and 1363, Series 2001. <br /> <br />Planning Director Paul Wood reviewed Resolution No. 30, Series 2001, Ordinance No. <br />1362 and 1363, Series 2001. He stated that Resolution No. 30, Series 2001 relates to the <br />petition for the Maurer annexation, which concludes that all the statutory requirements <br />have been met, and that the property is eligible for annexation under the laws of the State <br />of Colorado. <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
