<br />Local Licensing Authority <br />Minutes <br />April 25, 2005 <br />Page 3 of 4 <br />Attorney Light stated the next item by the Authority should be a motion to <br />authorize the Findings, Conclusion and Order to include the violation date of <br />March 20, 2005 and the one-day suspension on May 1, 2005. <br />Mulvahill then moved the Findings, Conclusion and Order be amended to include <br />the dates as noted by Attorney Light and adopted by the Authority. Koertje <br />seconded. Roll Call Vote: Paige - yes, Mulvahill- yes, Koertje -yes, Wilson- <br />yes and Rommelfanger - yes. <br /> <br />Attorney Light then explained the Findings and Order for Payment of fine in lieu <br />of Suspension. Mulvahill moved the Authority amend the Findings and Order for <br />Payment of fine in lieu of Suspension to include in the final paragraph #3 that the <br />licensee pay $389.40 in lieu of the one-day suspension by April 28, 2005 before <br />5:00 p.m. and if the fine is not paid the one-day suspension be served on <br />Sunday, May 1, 2005. He then moved the Authority adopt the Findings and <br />Order as amended. Wilson seconded. Roll Call Vote: Paige - yes, Mulvahill- <br />yes, Koertje -yes, Wilson - yes and Rommelfanger - yes. <br /> <br />B. Transfer Application - Old Santa Fe Mexican Grille to Isidro Gonzalez, <br />Inc. d/b/a Old Santa Fe Mexican Grille - Hotel and Restaurant Liquor <br />License - 994 Dillon <br /> <br />Isidro Gonzalez introduced himself to the Authority. Authority Attorney Light <br />stated this was a transfer of ownership for Old Santa Fe Mexican Grille which <br />has been reviewed by the Attorney's office and by Secretary Hanson. Secretary <br />Hanson was asked if the fingerprinting had come back from the state. She <br />answered, yes, and the only thing showing up was the incident Mr. Gonzalez had <br />noted on his individual history. <br /> <br />Mulvahill moved the Authority approve the application for transfer of ownership of <br />the Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License for Isidro Gonzalez, Inc. doing business <br />as Old Santa Fe Mexican Grille. Lipton seconded. Roll Call Vote: Paige - yes, <br />Mulvahill - yes, Koertje -yes, Wilson - yes and Rommelfanger - yes. Transfer <br />approved. <br /> <br />Police Department Reports <br /> <br />A. Incident Report - Henry's - 3/12/2005 <br /> <br />This incident report was continued from the last meeting for police department <br />follow-up. Officer Lanphere stated he had no additional information as a result of <br />follow-up by the reporting officer in this case. Lanphere reported he officer did <br />document his findings but they were inclusive. Discussion concerning the <br />incident resulted in Authority concurrence that no further action could be taken. <br />
