Planning Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />May 10, 2012 <br />Page 8 of 12 <br /> <br />the St. Louis Parish and Commercial Park with four conditions as previously <br />discussed by staff. <br />th <br />Brauneis proposed a friendly amendment with the addition of a 5 condition to <br />address the concerns of lighting. He offered the following wording. <br />The applicant will review the design of all exterior lighting with staff to directly <br />address the best management practices as delineated in the IES/IDA model <br />lighting ordinance as it directly relates to the lummaires that meet the IDA <br />th <br />certifications and light pollution of 96 Street prior to review by City Council. <br />Pritchard proposed a friendly amendment to Condition #4. He suggested the <br />following wording: <br />The applicant shall meet any additional requirements identified by Public <br />Works subsequent to the Planning Commission approval. <br />Tengler accepted the two (2) amendments. <br />The five conditions for Resolution No. 7, Series 2012 are as follows: <br />1. The plan sheets shall be updated prior to City Council review to indicate 20 <br />spaces of the 69 space southern parking lot shown in Phase 1B (page 17 of <br />24), shall be moved to Phase 1A. <br />2. Final approval of the proposed public land dedication and payment-in-lieu of a <br />dedication is subject to a current appraisal and will be determined prior to City <br />Council review. <br />3. Staff requests the cash in lieu figure be finalized prior to review by City <br />Council. <br />4. The applicant shall meet any additional requirements identified by Public <br />Works subsequent to the Planning Commission approval. These items should <br />be finalized prior to recordation of Subdivision Agreement. <br />5.
