15.12.030 Appendices adopted. Pursuant to the requirements of Section 1.102(c), the provisions of Appendices I-C, II-A, II-B, II-C, II-D, II-F, III-B, III-C, III-D, IV-A, IV-B, V-A, VI-A, VI-B, VI-C, VI-D, VI-E are hereby specifically adopted and made a part of the Uniform Fire Code, 1991 Edition. Any appendices not listed above are not adopted. Section 21. Section 15.12.040 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are stricken through; words to be added appear in capital letters): 15.12.040 Copies available at the office of the city clerk. At least three copies ONE COpy of the Uniform Fire Code, 1988 Edition, as amended HEREIN, ~ certified to be true AND ACCURATE, shall be available for reference by any intereotcd person PUBLIC INSPECTION at the office of the city clerk BUILDING SAFETY DIVISION, between the hours of eight a.m. and five p.m., Monday through Friday, holidays excepted. THE CITY CLERK SHALL AT ALL TIMES MAINTAIN A REASONABLE SUPPLY OF COPIES OF THE CODE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE BY THE PUBLIC AT A MODERATE PRICE. Section 22. Section 15.16.010 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and reenacted to read as follows: 15.16.010 Adoption. The Uniform Plumbing Code, 1991 Edition, published by the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials, 20001 Walnut Drive South, Walnut, California 91789 is hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated into and made a part of the Louisville Municipal Code. The purpose and subject matter of the Uniform Plumbing Code include comprehensive provisions regulating plumbing installations in or in connection with new and existing structures and providing uniform plumbing standards for the purpose of protecting the public health, safety, and general welfare. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Uniform Plumbing Code is adopted in full, including the outline of contents, index, and appendix contained therein. In all sections of this chapter where a reference is made to the Uniform Plumbing Code, said reference shall be to the 1991 Edition of said Code. Section 23.
